Enrolments for Mary Help of Christians 2025 Sacramental Program for First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion open on 20 November for children who will be in Year 4 or above in 2025. The Program will be held on Wednesdays from 6.30 to 7.30 and will begin on 12 February 2025. Please click here for further information about the program and details on how to enrol.

The Sacrament of Confirmation program, for children in Year 6 and above, will be held in Term 3, commencing on 30 July, so if your child would like to join the program, please save the dates. More information about the program is available on the Mary Help of Christians website.

To report an absence, late arrival, or early departure, text 0428 262 674 with the following details: your son's name, Year and House, reason, and time/date of absence. We encourage you to save this number for future use.

Zhi Jun Lim (Year 8 Conway) was recently accepted into the Gondwana Choirs and will perform in the Sydney Opera House Concert Hall on Monday 9 December.

Led by Artistic Director and Founder, Lyn Williams AM, the ensembles of Gondwana Choirs have inspired audiences across Australia and around the world.

Zhi Jun sings in the College’s Song Club who recently collaborated with Aria Award-winning composer and pianist, Sally Whitwell.

Applications for the Year 7 Concert Band class for next year are now open.

Positions in this sought-after class are limited as many families seek to take advantage of the full value a Marist education provides, which includes our unique and renowned classroom band program.

Many of our families are eager to be part of the program because of the high-level teamwork that is developed each week, the supportive development of friends in a crucial transition year, and the opportunity for boys to experience something that just isn’t the same in a co-educational environment.

Students in the band have lessons with our instrumental staff while also taking part in band classes in place of their performing arts class as part of their timetable. The course runs for two years until the end of Year 8. Many of our students continue on after that
