A reminder that applications for Years 4, 5, 6, and 7 need to be received no later than Friday 31 May 2025 to be considered for enrolment starting in 2026. We would also encourage current families to let any friends who may be interested in enrolment know that they can now apply online.
Important reminder for Year 6 and Year 10 families
A reminder that families with sons currently in Years 6 and 10 at the College do not need to re-enrol their son into Year 7 or Year 11.

Rowing
On Sunday 9 March a squad of 59 athletes from Marist College Canberra Rowing Club (MCCRC) participated in the NSW School Boys Head of the River (SBHOTR) at the Sydney International Regatta Centre (SIRC) in Penrith. The SBHOTR regatta is a culmination event of the Schoolboys rowing season, where our Marist rowers and coxswains compete against schoolboy competitors from across the state and interstate – racing in single sculls, double sculls and quad scull events.
Athletes are commended across the club as they competed strongly in elimination heats with many crews progressing to finals. Crews from Year 8, Year 9, Year 10 and Senior crews were rewarded for their training efforts across the season with athletes achieving personal performance goals in their final regatta of the season.
MCCRC medalled across three events:
Silver medal in 1st Quad scull: Garvan Hayes, Roland Carter, Mitchell Wadie, Harrison Braithwaite, Cox: Theo Campton.
Silver medal in Year 9 Single Scull: Dash Spiller
Bronze medal in Year 9 1st Quad scull: Armand Lisman, Jake Smith, Luca Storgato and Jonah McLaughlin and Cox: Gus Campton
As the MCCRC rowing season draws to a close for whole of club regatta events, I would like to thank the commitment of our amazing coaches, volunteers, rowers, coxswains, families and supporters. Their participation and contribution has been integral to the success of MCCRC’s rowing season.
Thank you to Colette Harkin for her generosity in the provision of photography across this 2024/25 rowing season.
