All Year 10 need to return their library books and textbooks by the end of their exams (Friday 18 November). They are encouraged to check the email from the Library staff for a list of books they have on loan, along with the barcodes of the actual copy they borrowed.
A reminder that all Year 11 and 12 students have been asked to return their books by the end of this week (Friday 12 November). Any books that have not been returned will need to be replaced and families will be invoiced for the cost. Please contact the Library with any questions.

The Art Department would like to thank all of the students who have contributed fantastic works to our online art exhibition so far. We saw an influx of wonderful student creations throughout the school holidays and we invite all students in the College, from Years 4 to 12, to continue sharing these with us through the final term of the year. These will be displayed in the online exhibition – Art Injection.
A student’s first name, their year level and the title of the artwork will appear alongside each submission. The first works from the online exhibition can be viewed below.
Students will be able to upload and share any pieces that they have created.

With the first session of the Australian Plenary Council now concluded, it is time to take stock:
Third Convocation of Catholics – Thursday 18 November (7.30pm AEDT)
Ellen Fanning (ABC, The Drum) will discuss the Plenary Council Assembly with experts, including Plenary Council members. The next steps will be crucial in setting the tone for the second, and deliberative, assembly in July 2022.
Building on our first two convocations, Convocation 3 will prepare the way for a planned lay-led synodal process between now and next July, to build on current momentum for renewal, and to support the diocesan phase of the Pope’s Synod 2023 on Synodality.
The hope is to engage Catholics, at all levels of connection (including none) with the Church, to explore and suggest concrete proposals for the future of Catholicism.
Panellists include: Claire Victory, Francis Sullivan, Virginia Bourke, Nimmi Candappa, Robert Fitzgerald, Susan Pascoe, John Warhurst and Eleanor Flynn.

A reminder that Youth Group meetings are back in person.
The next Youth Group meeting at Mary Help of Christians Parish will be held on Saturday 20 November in the Parish Hall.
Students in Years 5 to 8 are invited to come along from 4.30pm to 6.00pm, with snacks provided.
Students in Years 9-12 are welcome to attend from 7.00pm – 9.00pm. As dinner will be provided, a $5.00 donation is welcome.
