Enrolments
Over the past three weeks, the College has been interviewing prospective families who are interested in a Marist education for their sons. Each year the number of students seeking entry to the College is increasing and we face the challenging phenomenon of high demand and limited places. We receive applications from and interview a large number of worthy families and wonderful young men, some of whom we are not able to offer a place.
A family’s commitment to and interest in the distinctive nature of a Catholic education in the Marist tradition is most important in our consideration. In particular, we place Jesus at the very heart of our ministry as we seek to form young men to make Jesus known and loved. Diversity is also important to us, and we consider this in our mix of students. Within the capacity of our College Foundation, and as part of our service program, we seek to support some, with limited means who would benefit from the opportunities offered here. The enrolment period for students in Years 4, 5, 6 and 7 concludes at the end of May.
