Development Office

The primary aim of the Development Office is to assist in securing the College’s Financial Capacity to meet the challenging demands of delivering excellence in education – the Marist Way. This aim also includes making Marist education available to all Boys of all socio-economic status.

Key objectives include:-

• The establishment of a Bursary Fund to be known as the Br. Mark May Bursary Fund to provide up to 100 x ½ bursaries over the next 5 years.
• To initiate & organise Capital Appeal projects with the goal of raising funds to complement the Building Fund in financing the next Capital project planned for commencement in 2011.
• To be a resource in supporting the efficient running of the “Old Boys Association” as well as providing appropriate advice & support to other Departments of the College – both curricular & co-curricular.”
• Re-engineering the “Maristian Magazine” to be the “voice” of the Development Office as well as the “Old Boys Association”. Its distribution will be extended to include all “Friends of Marist”
